Is Hotmail an ISP based email address? Or are they the ones you get with your internet provider?

It definitely isnt what you get with your internet browser. Anyone can sign up with hotmail on any service provider in the world. Hotmail is just a basic website where anyone can sign in to. It doesnt matter if you are with verizon at%26amp;t or bell you can make %26amp; use a hotmail account anywhere where there is an internet connection.

No Hotmail is not an Isp based email address, for example Johnsmith@comcast.com that is an Isp based email address because you can only get that email if you have comcast as your isp.
Reply:Hotmail is Free mail from Microsoft. It is part of their "LIVE" Bloatware and add more junk to my computing environment.
