when i open mail on my yahoo tool bar, it opens yahoo mail, but i want to use outlook express. what can i do?

Outlook Express is not an email provider. It is an email program. To read Yahoo mail in Outlook Express you need the Yahoo Mail premium package. You can also try the program yPops which will allow access in Outlook Express.
