Are there any email account provider that is totally anonymous?
Um... yahoo? As far as I know, most email providers don't require any personal information.
Reply:I would avoid yahoo. When yousen a yahoo email, there is a link on the page that says somthing like 'headers'. When you click on it a display of exactly where the email came from, the name of the owner of the puter and ip addy. So the person getting the email can check the info. Even more so if hey also have a yahoo addy. Hotmail doesn't seem to have the same link on the page. Gmail keeps all sorts of info on every email sent to or from a mail account. You can look up other email sites and ask for anoymous emails, or privacy protected. I found a few different ones a few years ago, but can't remember any of the companies now.
Reply:In signing up you have to give your own details. You have, of-course, the liberty to give any fake name. I understand from your question that you want to send emails unknown. In such case you can create disposable email ids in yahoo itself. go to address guard and create disposable id. If you get any spam mails, simply delete it.
