Change email provider from enternet explorer to outlook express?

That is called POP access and to do that with Yahoo mail (I'm assuming that's what you have) you must have a Y!MailPlus account.

Go to your My Yahoo page, click the More Yahoo button (2 blue sideways arrows), choose Premium services from the alphabitized list and from there you should be able to choose the Y!MailPlus option.

If you choose to do this, you'll then have to set it up in your Outlook Express, but that is a fairly straightforward process- just run the set up a new account wizard from Outlook Express (it is an option from one of your drop down menus at the top of the screen- I use Outlook now, so don't remember the exact location, but it's quite easy to use, really).
