I need help to write a email to employees notifying that there will be a change in their healthcare provider?

Begging your pardon, but if that's your job responsibility, isn't that what they're paying you to do? Isn't that why you're paid a salary and receive benefits from your company? Do you realize that writers are paid fairly good hourly rates to help companies with this type of thing?

How about just telling them that the healthcare provider is changing, why it's changing, when it it changing and how/when they will be able to learn how the new health benefits work?

I would be really upset if my employer notified me of changes in health care through an e-mail. That's something that should be discussed in person. I would suggest setting up a meeting with a representative from the new health care provider.
Reply:look up some Human Resources sites, or have the new Health Care Provider provide a sample. good luck:)
Reply:Replace, "i need help to write a email [sick!] to employees notifying", by "This is to notify". And replace, "their", by "your".
Reply:If you are the Supervisor you should already know how to do this. But, in reality it should be the responsibility of the Human Resource Department of your Company. Or whom ever it was that made the decision to change the health care provider
