she switched users and lost her email address. She can not get into her yahoo answers anymore because they disabled her address. Any advice on what she can do to get her stuff back?
My friend had her yahoo answers set up with and email address through her internet provider...?
If she lost her e-mail address, then she can no longer get to Y/A through that address. It is done. However, she can get on Y/A via a new Yahoo ID, but she will have to start all over from the beginning.
