Yes, I have had 3 or 4 different providers and have always kept my Yahoo address. I would hate to change as I love Yahoo. That is the advantage of having a web based email address.

Yes, Yahoo is web based, not specific to any of the ISP's out there. (internet service provider). I have had mine since 1998 and have moved states and kept it.
