Can anyone please advise on a more customer freindly email provider? I've had enough of the arrogance of Yahoo!, as it just basically avoids communication with its customers and rudely refuses to answer queries. It even demonstrates this with clearly deliberate cryptic instructions. Its easy to lie about providing certain bogus services if you you cannot hold them to account, thus avoiding contact.

No. Yahoo does the best. Everyone else I have had does nothing any better.

Reply:I haven't tried any others except Outlook Express, so I don't know if it's the best available -----BUT------ it sure beats the heck out of Yahoo. Customer help that is easy to read and understand. (If I can decipher it, anyone can). I find more options are available, so you don't have to resort to copy %26amp; paste, or, drag and drop. I'm refering to pictures and/or music insertion, which may not interest you. It's free with Win.XP.
