Which do you use? For example do you have a COX email and use Yahoo webmail? And which internet service provider do you have and/or which webmail you use?

I have Suddenlink for an ISP. I use their email service for my main email address.
I use Yahoo to fill out online forms. Cuts down on the spam on my ISP email account.
I absolutely HATE webmail programs.
