It all depends on your definition of anonymous. If you're looking at the average web site or person receiving your email from knowing who you are that is one thing. If you think you can be truly anonymous from government agencies and such it isn't going to happen.
If you want to be relatively anonymous for web sites and such it doesn't matter what email provider you use. Yahoo mail will work just fine. Just sign up under and alias.

Reply:evilpage.com on the top bar in the middle will be a tab to send anon mail. Works very well for getting WoW accounts.
