I want to log on to my old email provider to receive emails. I used to pay as you go. please help.?

I was pay-as-you-go with freeserve now the connection is obsolete as I joined Broadband bt who issued a new email address. How can I get my emails from my old freeserve provider

Reply:You can contact them and ask them to put a ".forward" file in your email account (root folder maybe). The ".forward" is a test file with your new address in it. They may do this for you. It will redirect your incoming emails to the new address.
Reply:there is a way. Freeserve is now "orange". Log into their homepage and try to log in from there.


If it wont let you as your email hasnt been logged into for a while contact customer support.
