What is an Email address which has been provided by an internet service provider?

Usually a web page will ask for an email address like this...it means they want an email address that isn't from a free service like hotmail, yahoo, msn, gmail, or other free web-based email.

If you have high-speed internet, or dial-up at home you should have an email address from your provider.

Hope this helps

The address may be your account number or name that the ISP provided you upon activation of the account.
